"Thanks very much for the course, it was so informative and helped a lot in the early stages with Hector. Having a puppy has been difficult, but very rewarding. One thing I have learned is there are no hard and fast rules to follow, and it is vital to take in as much information as possible adapting it to your puppy's personality.
Hector has settled in extremely well, and has been good with his toilet and crate training. His worst points are his recall and lead walking, but we are putting more
effort into practising both and once fully imunised we hope these will improve as he gets to go on proper walks!

expectations of Jasper.

Thank-you for your course I found it very helpful some of the basics I knew but felt reassured that I wasn't going too wrong or being unreasonable in my expectations of Jasper. I have never had a lab before and was judging his behaviour on my border collie! Very different. I found the house training very helpful and Jasper will now we on command and only has an accident if he has to be left for too long.
Basically what I found helpful was the lead training and poo prevention modules.
Didn't pick up any thing bad. Congratulations"
