About

Welcome to Lab Puppy Training.

I hope you find the information on this site useful.

A little bit about me. I too was in the position of welcoming a new Labrador puppy into my home. My situation was slightly different. The puppy that came into my home was a guide dog for the blind puppy. Because I didn’t own the dog I had to take extra care in prepare my house to make sure everything was extra safe.

Before the Loretta was allowed into the house the guide dogs for the blind people came round and checked every room that the Lab puppy would use to make sure that she would be safe and well.

The Lab puppy training that I received was very intense and was a lot harder than anything you will have to go through.

It started with the Labrador training puppy technique of training a lab puppy to pooh and wee on command, and then to sit and waiting for a whistle to be blown before she could eat.

But I have to say the training that I received was first class and at the end of 12 months when she went on to her next stage in training. She was the best behaved Labrador puppy you could ever imagine.

I am also please to report that she passed all her guide Dog training and she is now a fully fledge Guide Dog For the Blind.

I would love to hear any of your Labrador puppy stories and it would be great to see some pictures and if you want you can put your stories and pictures on the site.

I hope you have signed up for my free course and if you have any questions please contact me.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Susanne

Hi Sueanne, Thank you for the information yesterday with the tips, from the secrets website. My puppy isn't a puppy anymore, he is 18 months old and 135lbs. He is the smartest dog I have ever had I had him potty trained in about two weeks I was going to get another but my problem is he walks me not the other way around. So I don't need two labs pulling me down the road. I was hoping to get some tips from you on that. So I hope you'll get to that. Thank you for your website. I think I had such good luck with my guy as my husband and I are retired so he is with me all the time. He loves to ride in the car, and sits next to me while Iam gardening. Labs are the greatest gentle giants for sure. He loves his kitties and allows his new Aussie sister to bite on his face and think she is the boss, and pull him around with his leash. I will send you a few pics of him from my other email that I have for pics. Thanks again. Mary Jo & A.J.
